Crystal Report Error with Struts

Currently, I am using Struts 1.0 with JSP for my application, and it run on BEA Weblogic Server 8.1.

My problem is that whenever the crystal report enterprise server hang or overflows, a submit button which I press on my JSP page will cause it to open another report instead of the orignal one (even though the 2 reports do not share the same java codes).

For my application, when the submit button on the JSP page is pressed, it will call an Action class to retrieve the necessary report.

Is this a double submission problem?

Thanks you for your reply. However, this is not a double submission problem. Even if it is, my application user will not get another report which they do not have access rights.
