My phaselistener is being trigger twice, and 2nd time, the viewId was rendered wrongly.
When i navigate from Page1.jsf to Page2.jsf, in my phaselistener, the viewId when i printed out are:
Page2.jsf (1st time) -- correct view
Page1.jsf (2nd time) -- wrong view
And because the viewId for the phaselistener for 2nd time is wrong, my application flow was broken.
How can i set my phaselistener not to be trigger twice? I have tried to remove the face-config.xml under web.xml

Where are you putting your <f:phaseListener> tag at?
