Struts provides the controller that will serve as the entry point for all requests into our application


i m a newbie please explain this line

Struts defined only one servlet for handling incomming requests, you have to use struts-config.xml file to define the rest of the logic and flow.

You have not to think about forwarding in your code, everything is declaratively done in struts-config.xml.

so how struts is useful .
in mvc we can have many servlets
and u are saying

Read about Front Controller pattern, this should help you to understand
