Eclipse Startup Issue.. Unable to acquire application service.

Hi Frineds..

i downloaded the eclipse 3.3.0 and extracted in my local pc. When i am clicking on the Eclipse.exe it is not starting. A eclipse screen opens and vanishes.
i tried this in command window i got the following message in log file...

i am using JAVA JDK1.6.0_10 version.. Please help me in that.. urgent....
