I am new to XSD and I have only notepad on my system

What exactly do you want to do? Validate the XML programatically?

Still not clear. Are you asking whether that XSD is a valid schema? Are you asking whether that XML document is valid according to the schema? (It isn't even a well-formed XML document by the way.) Or what? It would help if you used standard XML terminology, too. (And also standard English... did you mean "write" or "right"?) Use the same terms as what is used in wherever you are studying from.

Now please tell me the XSD Schema for above DTD elements is programatically correct or something I miss

What do you mean by "programatically correct"? I would have thought that "programatically" had something to do with programs, but I don't see any programs.
