I don't think these answers can be answered, because it's just unknown

I guess only Sun has these answers. But, obviously, this is not something they would disclose.

Why can't we get this kind of answers at least we know the number of CCIEs Cisco has presently, and the data is updated monthly or so. So why can't we get this one? Anybody has an insider in Sun or Oracle? Please help us out. @Andrew Munkhouse can you help us?

Because Cisco != Oracle. If you think Oracle is secretive, try getting information out of Apple.

And if you want to know it so desperately: have you already tried to contact Oracle yourself to get this kind of information? Maybe you're lucky...
