Hej!

I´ve got a problem whit the form based autentification i tomcat (6.0.20).
The form works as it should if I keep it to english characters in the password.
It does not work if I use swedish or german character (e.g. ä,å,ö ) in the password.

digest= MD5.

I googled out so far that it depends on the page encoding. But i don´t know how to get it right.

the page code (login.jsp):

Any idea how to solve this?
Can this depend on the MD5-routines used by tomcat?

regards
Ralf

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
