Access Web page from server

Hello,
So, I work in an office with no wireless an only one internet connection. I'm working on a website which uses a namespace from GoDaddy, which is hosted on a computer in office. I can access the website with an intraoffice ip address, 10.1.10.10, but I'd like to get a better idea of how it performs for testing. I want to go out to the godaddy url, and have it go back into the office, so I can go to www.{website}.com. But right now this just says the server is taking too long to respond. Is this possible?

Thanks,
Nick
