technology for dashboards

Hi guys,

I and my team have one project that need to implement by dashboards.

I don't know dashboards.Because of i am new to this field.

Even if it is, i have some following doubt regarding of dashboards.

1. which technology(applet,swing etc..) we have to use to implement dashboards?

2. Is there any advance technology for dashboard?

3. which one is best?

4. Is there any advance tool to implement dashboards?

5. what about performance issue?

6. is there any useful website to know all the things about dashboards?

please tell your suggestion.It will be useful for me and my team.

Maybe you should ask your users what "dashboards" is supposed to mean and if they can show you an example from another site. What they call dashboards and what someone else calls dashboards might be slightly different things.
