Hi!
A Eclipse plugin supporting Apache CXF is part of the Eclipse WTP (Web Tools Project).
The project webpage is available here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/JAXWS
The Eclipse update site is available here: http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/milestones/
The plugin will give you the opportunity to use a Apache CXF runtime when creating a web service using the regular web service wizard in Eclipse.
Best wishes!
