session issue with ie on linex server

hi friends,
Recently I m facing problem with session management. I am using Strut2 + Spring in my web app. the issue is when I am logged in my application in mozilla or crome the session is workin fine but in ie its expire. But when I go through the tomcat manager its working fine in all the browser. what i mean, say when i write www.xyz.com in ie browser the session expire but when i go through http://www.xyz.com/manager/html and click on my application ( http://www.xyz.com/abc ) the session won't expire its woring fine. I dont know why this is happening please help me its urgent.
