I have a requirement that the my pages has to render a dynamically generated image.say its a image which the user will decipher ane write it on a textbox.
I have a program which generates the images on a specific location.
How do I include these images dynamically.
I dont want to store these images in BLOB format in databasw as this will be an unnecessary overhead and I will not be needing that image after the request is completed.

any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your reply and time.<br />Windows 2000,j2sdk1.4.2_08

JFreeChart has a similar functionnality (Generates a chart, save it as an image in a tmp file, expose it through a servlet...)

Maybe you can look at that... (classes in ackage org.jfree.chart.servlet)
