External jar for Web Project

Hi.. everyone.
I need to run web project using Tomcat Server.
The problme is caused by 'External Jar'.
I built my web project in Eclipse and I build the path 'External jar' using tool.
and It's working very well when I run server in Eclipse.

But I need to run this web project not using Eclipse tool.
That is, what I want to do is
1) deploy war file that I make
2) start tomcat
and see It's working...

Again.. Is ther anybody who have experience to use external jar file within Tomcat??
I cannot find where I have to set my classpath for external jar file.

Please don't mention to put 'jar files' into lib folder.
Thanks!!

Why not? It's the correct place to put dependency jars.
