Hi,

I am trying to work out a sample program in web service using axis2. I have followed the link below and tried to start the http server.

But I am getting the following error :

E:\Program Files\axis2-std-1.0-bin\bin>http-server.bat "E:/Program Files/axis2-s
td-1.0-bin/my-axis2-repo"
Using AXIS2_HOME: E:\Program Files\axis2-1.5.3
Using JAVA_HOME: E:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\axis2-1/5/3;E:\
Program

Please assist me to solve this issue and to proceed further

Thanks

This is just a guess but according to the web site you quoted on Windows you are supposed to use backslashes - not forward slashes.

Another guess ... what if you got rid of that space? (If that works we can talk about why it works)

How about you are using E:\Program Files\axis2-std-1.0-bin\bin>http-server.bat "E:/Program Files/axis2-std-1.0-bin/my-axis2-repo" but your AXIS2_HOME points at a different location (axis2-1.5.3)

I have tried that without space i am getting the error:

E:\Program Files\axis2-std-1.0-bin\bin>http-server.bat E:\ProgramFiles\axis2-std
-1.0-bin\my-axis2-repo
Using AXIS2_HOME: E:\Program Files\axis2-std-1.0-bin
Using JAVA_HOME: E:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\axis2-std-1/0-b
in;E:\Program

Then i have changed the path of axis also. but no improvement.
