Hi Everyone,

I am new to report generation in java.
I have installed jaspersoft for creating reports. I don't know how to dynamically connect it to the desktop application. For e.g. ->

For viewing patient details report, first i will pass the patient id/patient name through my application. Based on this the report should be generated of the respective patient. how to do it? I don't know how to connect fields in the report to the table. In the report, i need patient name, age, DOB etc as fields which should be filled based upon the patient id/patient name given.

Thanks for any help!

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
