Difficulty with basic struts app

Hi there. I've been putting together my first struts app and am having some difficulties getting the following jsp to run.

Through snipping and re-inserting code I'm pretty sure it's to do with the html:form area of the code but I just can't spot it. Could anyone help?

Thanks!

Hi Dave,

First, a bit of business: you may not have read our naming policy on the way in. It requires that you use a full, real (sounding) first and last name for your display name. It looks like you just need to add a space. You can change your display name
here.
Thanks!

Now, as to your question: we've got a Struts forum here. I will move this there for you.

What happens when you try to run it?

it probably doesn't render due to the html:text tag for the 'passWord' field was not properly terminated. it should be <html:text property="passWord" />.

Ah ha! I tried adding the slash, and unfortunately got the same result, which was and HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error. I've got another jsp in that war file, just basic html, which works fine.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
