Sir,
I want to ask that how would I send a reply or answer of the question raised by me to some another member.
Someone suggested me to use Quote, and when I used Quote , no body is responding me.
Suppose , i have posted a new topic "xyz" and a member sent a reply to me , after some days I send a reply by clicking on Quote button. So, Is it correct to send the reply of my question to a member or Is there any other way?
thanks.

Replying in the topic is the correct way. If the member does not respond, it may because he or she is busy, or hasn't seen the reply yet.
Everyone here is a volunteer, so you can't expect people to always reply to your posts.

If this is about this thread, I just added a reply. I didn't get around to it before.

Don't understand. The "quote" button doesn't send replies. Whoever posted will not know you jave clicked "quote".
