Can anyone let me know what is the difference between

return (mapping.findForward("success"));

Thanks

return (mapping.findForward("success"));

forwards to the page specificed by a forward named "success"
<forward name="success" path="/myPage.jsp">

return mapping.getInputForward();

forwards to the page specified as the input page as in
<action name="myForm" path="/myAction" scope="request" type="mypackage.MyClass" input="/myInputPage.jsp">
