Remove dependency for sas.client.props

I have a standalone java program which will lookup and call and get connection to the IBM filenet server. The code is working fine but the problem, it requires the sas.client.props file for authentication and some jar file from WAS runtime is looking up this file in the PROFILE_ROOT/runtimes/base_v61/profiles/AppSrv01/properties/sas.client.props path. I want my code to be independent of all the system dependent paths. I have tried placing this file in one of the projects in my workspace, but I am getting Security_anonoumous error.

Can anyone provide me a solution where I can place this in workspace and make the code refer that file instead of system dependent file.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
