Facebook chat for android

I am developing a android application in that app i want to add facebook chat
with the use of facebook login.After the user login i want to open friends list of the particular user

Please any one help me how to do that

But I have tried the things that you have told that is opening the whole facebook site but i need only open the facebook chat

So it seems that the answer is yes, there is a way to do that.
