Please help me on the best way to session handling(i.e. giving access to logged in user) for struts 1.3.8

There is no "best way". You should be looking for what fits your requirements, which I'll note you have left out of your post.

Sorry about my post. as it is not describe the requirement in details. Actually I am trying to incorporate Struts 1.3.8 for my project. That will handle user registration , login and other service. In that scenario we need to have such framework that will handle MVC architecture as well as session validating for few pages. Registration page will be accessible for any user but all service oriented pages must be protected under session validation (i.e. only after user login) and if session is not valid then forward him/her to login page. And this repetitive work of checking isSession new should not be part of every action. I am trying to handle this using Action sub-class and extend that for struts Action. Is this right way? and if so then which method I have to overridden here.Please help me... Thanks in advance.
