How to make the SOAPBinding uses "WRAPPED" for parameterStyle in contract style approach?

Hi ,

My question is in reference with 9.3 (Create WSDL and WS from Schema) on Ivan's notes. In that I see that AdditionFault.java is generated in the same package as that of service and port classes. Why only Fault is in this package and why not AdditionRequest and AdditionResponse. I actually do not see them at all. Are AdditionRequest and AdditionResponse not needed.

Also in CalculationPortType, I see that SOAPBinding.parameterStyle as "BARE". How do I have this "WRAPPED" in schema to WS approach?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
