Want to use websphere for noncommercial porpuse.

Hi,
I want to create some non commercial application using eclipse and websphere 1.5.Can any body help me to find out websphere download link,so that i can download websphere 1.5 free.And tell me the plug ins required for it to team it with eclipse.

I want to be experienced with websphere application server.So please help me.

websphere 1.5

No idea where you would get this version - it must be long past its end of life. You might try contacting IBM.

IBM offers two different flavors:

1. WebSphere Application Server v7.0, which is the flagship product from IBM

2. WebSphere Application Server Community Edition V2.1.1, which is based on Apache Geronimo. More information available at:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/wasce/V2.1.1/en/index.html

The Eclipse plug-ins are available for #2 only. You can install the latest version of eclipse & was community edition and then using "Add Server.." add plugins for WAS CE.
