How do we achieve object oriented approach in jquery , as jquery core does not support the object oriented approach, do we have to use plugin ?

jQuery doesn't prevent you from using JavaScript any way you want. If you want to follow object-oriented paradigms, feel free. jQuery itself, and most people who use jQuery, make extensive use of JavaScript as a functional language. But that doesn't prevent you from writing JavaScript any way you want.
