Roseindia has a poor reputation when it comes to accuracy, best practices and so on.

I have a related question. I am completely new to Struts and have experience only in Servlets/JSP.
Do I have to learn Struts 1.0 before I can learn Struts2 and implement it? Please advice.
Thanks.

Struts 1 and 2 are very different in lot of aspect.
I will advise you to start struts2 only, why to read obsolete technology.
