I am a working Java professional and want to do my best to complete my SCEA certification in 2 months. I already have my SCJP.
I have purchased SCEA certification book.
I have 11 years of experience in developing Java and Java EE based apps. In my day to day tasks I do design and development of Java apps.
As I might loose time in doing R&D to complete my task, and keeping in view my expertise, can some one help me to suggest a good plan to complete in 2 months time?
How about buying Whiz-labs mocks after 30 days of theory reading completion?
Thanks in advance and appreciate help.

2 months for part one or for all three parts. For part 1, your strategy is fine. See my sig for links about my experience. I include reviews of the different resources I used/came across.
For part 2, it is doable in two months, but you'd have to spend A LOT of time on the project in that space.

Hi Jeanne
It is very nice of you to share your experiences.
I have gone through the blog and it very clearly written.
Your article boosted my confidence.
Thanks a lot and will update when I clear the exam.
I started going through the Head First Design Patterns book, but I will switch to the SCEA book from tonight and look at the Head First as needed.
Thanks to Java Ranch also.
