I'm trying to make my first RMI application using Netbeans. The application uses a jdbc database to keep "customer's information". When I try to run the application i get this error:java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.lang.RuntimePermission accessClassInPackage.sun.jdbc.odbc)
at java.security.AccessControlContext.checkPermission(AccessControlContext.java:323)
at java.security.AccessController.checkPermission(AccessController.java:546)
at java.lang.SecurityManager.checkPermission(SecurityManager.java:532)
at java.lang.SecurityManager.checkPackageAccess(SecurityManager.java:1512)
at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:298)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:248)
at java.lang.Class.forName0(Native Method)
at java.lang.Class.forName(Class.java:169)
Also i use a system.policy file located in .../src file.
The file contains:grant
{
permission java.security.AllPermission;
};
Could anyone tell me what's wrong? thanks
