I'm looking for a new bag for my MacBook Pro 15.

Here are what I'm thinking about:

Do you have any recommendation?

My suggestion- You can go in for a backpack. Will be easy to carry around.

I second Mohamed on this! Backpack (Bag-pack) is the most convenient option!

I hate to do blatant advertising.

www.twolaptopbag.com

The first Laptop bag for two devices and be airport friendly.

I designed this bag myself. It will be released in a few weeks.

+1 for a backpack.

While there are many good ones, I've had a SwissGear for a couple years, 3 maybe, and still really like it. I fly frequently and carry my backback aboard with my work laptop (a 15" Dell), accessories that I have to have, other essentials for a day on the road, and occasionally a PowerBook 12" for personal reasons and because it travels so well.

So all votes are for the back bags.
What about messengers bags? are they good and comforting?
Because I'm thinking of Booq Taipan bag (third one listed at the beginning of this thread).

I've also used the satchel style bag you're leaning towards. They're not bad.

Two questions:

What's the longest shlep you intend to have to do using your bag?
What other stuff will typically be in your bag?

Cool. You need better pictures. Especially the second picture in the list has to be replaced by a less blurry one.

1) Actually I walk a lot, sometimes for two hours.
2) The laptop (obviously ), a notebook (papers), some pencils, a potential iPad, iPod Nano, sometimes a Cologne bottle, sometimes a book or a novel (not frequent).

Consider Paul's rocket mass heater.
