My company will reimburse the $200.00 that I spent to join the cattle drive if I submit a letter. Is there any way to get a letter indicating that I paid for this "experience"?
p.s. They're not looking for some "super-official" document.

How about an invoice showing that the $200 is paid?

Yes, that would suffice. If you email it to me I can just print it out. Thanks

Oh, yeah. I can use the email that you sent when I first signed on. I'm all set. Thank you, Paul.
