Does this book cover developing apps with Android SDK only or does it also cover creating apps using just HTML/javascript/css?

I want to start of developing some apps for Android, what all do i need to set up in my IDE?

I have eclipse installed. Do i need anything else other than Android SDK? Also, does Android SDK come with an emulator?

Does HTML5 work on Android?
