First, i apologized for this very long topic. I have already researched a lot, but still not enough.
I had to switch from Logic to Nested for me to be able to pass my form data to bean.
UserGroup

Access

UserGroupInfoForm

I have set my UserGroupInfoForm.SetAccs from my Action taken from the result of Set access , basically, accs = is not empty always or
accs resut is exactly thesame as access result
JSP

I am using Struts 1.3
Here is the actual result of the Error:
Caused by: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Invalid argument looking up property: "accs[0].accs" of bean: "UserGroupInfoForm"

Hoping for some help,
Jhean

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
