doubt in comparing values

hi.. how can we compare the value coming from pojo and the local value of jsp

for example i am retrieving a value from action and then i want it to be compared with a value assigned locally in jsp page ie if i getting value 2 from action variable i will compare this with a local counter variable in jsp.

please help me

Can you explain your problem more clearly, I'm not sure what you are trying to do...

i got the solution for the previous doubt..

is it possible to do this in jsp page
