How to customize the add,edit, delete of Showcase JQuery Grid

Hi All,
I successfully downloaded the JQuery showcase sample and setup in my local pc and everything runs fine.
One of my concerned is how to customize/change the input label(ex. from Name to Complete Name)during add record in one of the grid link of the showcase?
Where can I find the script of the pop-up window of Add/Edit/Delete Record?

Got it. I forgot to include the attribute editable="true" in my grid.
