Difficulty in optionsCollection

I and getting problems in optionCollections I have a hashmap but it doesnot work with optionCollection. Can you please send me the Action or Action Form coding to set hashmap along with JSP code so that I can use it. However options tag is working fine with vector but then there is problem that options value and label are same but I want different value and label of options
