converting to org.eclipse.core.resources.IFile

Is there any possibility to convert java's File to eclipse's IFile. My requirement is opening a word document file within the eclipse editor(not outside of eclipse). I've the but the openEditor() method receives its arguments as IFile only. Now I can open the word document on outside the eclipse through the code

I've tried to open a word document file within eclipse editor, but it give me an exception. Code as
