Could you be more specific on the 'architecture topics' you are interested in?

If you are looking at something as generic as IT architecture, you might want to read

IT Architectures and Middleware - Chris Button

I am not sure if it would be helpful for the exam but a very good read. If you were interested in JEE architecture there is too much out there to enlist.Beginning with the JEE tutorial and following recommended resources would be a good idea.

Hi,
This is regarding the section 1(Application Design Concepts and Principles) and section 2 topics(Common Architectures) listed in exam objectives.Is there any specific book to be to used for preparation or Cade's book will be sufficient?

If you are already familiar with the material, Cade's book is sufficient. If not, he recommends some other books for more depth.
