Not able to extract data from PKCS7 formatted signed data

Hi Everyone,
We are using EntrustToolkit to decrypt the signed data of PKCS7 format and facing a problem to extract the certificate, signature details and the signed data.

The steps we followed are:
1. Did Base64 decode.
2. Logged in to the User object and used PKCS7DecodesStream class to extract data. But the getNumberOfSignature() method od pkcs7decodestream is returning 0 and the getOperation() method returns 3 which means "SIGN_ONLY".

Can anyone suggest me the perfect entrust class and method to satisfy my requirement. In my project we have to use only EntrustToolkit to do the decryption. Kindly help me on this.

Thanks in advance.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
