Regarding Authentication Failed While Sending Mail

Hello Everybody,
I Am Trying To Send Mail & Get Exception As "Error While Sending Mailjavax.mail.AuthenticationFailed Exception"
Here Is What I Have Done :-

private void SendMail() throws NoSuchProviderException
{
        String to = "[e-mail]"; 

        String pass = "12345";

        String host = "smtp.gmail.com";

        String subject = "Testing...";

        String text = "Trial !!! ... ??? ///";


        Properties properties = new Properties();

        properties.put("mail.transport.protocol", "smtp");
        properties.put("mail.smtp.host", host);
        properties.put("mail.smtp.user", to);
        properties.put("mail.smtp.password", pass);
        properties.put("mail.smtp.port","25");
        properties.put("mail.smtp.starttls.enable","true");
        properties.put("mail.smtp.auth", "true");

        Session session = Session.getDefaultInstance(properties,null); 

        Transport transport = session.getTransport("smtp");

        try 
       {

            Message message = new MimeMessage(session); 

            message.setFrom(new InternetAddress(to)); 

            message.addRecipient(Message.RecipientType.TO, new InternetAddress(to)); 

            message.setSubject(subject);

            message.setText(text);

            transport.connect(host, to, pass); // connects successfully
            transport.send(message); // Send message :::=== throws Error At This Line.

//            transport.sendMessage(message, message.getAllRecipients());

            System.out.println("Sent message successfully....");

        {
