How do you start JavaDB outside IDE?

Hello guys
I am working on a standalone Java Database project.
Just got a problem, when I build the application and want to run the Jar files. it doesn't work outside the IDE
the application and the database both are working inside the IDE but, could run it ouside.
I am using netbeasn
