Hi ,
var query = new google.visualization.Query("http://spreadsheets.google.com/tq");
Here , instead of google Spread sheet , i want to connect to MySQL DataSource running in my localhost .
Could anybody please help me ??

Have you looked at the tools gallery? It lists a couple tools that connect to Mysql.
