rich modelpanel problem in IE7

Hi ,
I am opening a rich modelpanel from the commandlink. It is getting open in every browser but in IE7 when the model panel opens, it hides the parent screen and a blank background screen is displaying..Do you have any idea, why it is doing like this only in IE7?

are you using JSF 1.2?

Check the fine print on the docs. IE has a problem that requires the dialog definition to be done outside of the regular form context.
