How to deal with errors

I have to deal with ActionError in Struts and in my struts-config.xml i have written :

<message-resources parameter="MessageResources" />

Now according to above statement where hould i put my MessageResources.properties

The only requirement is that MessageResources.properties be someplace that is referenced by the classpath for the application. The root of your WEB-INF/classes directory would be a good place for it.
