When I try to edit my profile he ask 3 fields

1 current password
2 new password
3 confirm password

These 3 fields must be filled ... This means I need to change my password every time i made correction in my profile ..?

and not able to make changes when i put the same new password and current password

this is insane lol

From the edit profile page.

You only need to enter the current password if changing to a new password or changing your e-mail address.

And I agree. If it were that way, then it would be insane. Hopefully, you didn't do it too often before coming here to ask about it.

What do you mean ? After clicking the "Submit" button, you mean that "Information updated" is not shown ? What is shown instead ?

They are marked as mandatory, but you can leave the fields blank. I think that we should think of a smarter way to display this information. Try to change other information without changing the password, and it should succeed.
