show time in jsp

Hi,

I am using struts1. I have requirement to enter and also show from database time in HH:MM:SS manner.
Which is the best way to create?

I have created three list box and just create loop 1 to 24 and 1 to 60 , and user can select from that list box.
when I need to show from the databse then I will split from the database, and I will show.

Is it right way?

Any suggestion?
