Iterating an arrayList Inside iteration of the other arrayList

I have a arrayList parentList and another arrayList ChildList i will render the contents of childList below Each row of parenList only when the startTime Field of the childList is greater than the startTime of the parentList and the endTime of the child List is less than the endTime of t he parent List.

I tried but it got a bit problem.Plz check it.I seriously need help
