Hi, Do we ever use Http methods like doHead(), doDelete(), doHead(), doTrace() etc..anywhere ? I have never come across these..Please provide some examples if you have any.

I agree, i haven't seen any implementations of those in the real world

Browsers are not the only possible clients. These HTTP methods are frequently used for web services.
