This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
A few years ago I met Roel (some guy who happens to be a bartender here at
this moment). I knew he was one of those very smart certified java people.
I only worked a few months with him, but
thanks to him I heared about the java certifications possible.
So finally ( a married guy with 3 children has too .... too ... too less time )
I tried my first exam today.
I passed the OCAJ with 48 out of 51 questions. Was doubting about 2 questions
and they must have been wrong. Missed one extra but regrettably you don't get
the correct answers after you 've done the test.
So Roel .... ( not trying to overthrow you, but for the OCAJ we 've got the same result ...
I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get you scores on the other ones )
.... my first one is a fact. Thanks for your help !!!
PS: Used McKenzie's guide which I ( despite a few mistakes and ... who doesn't make
mistakes ... I made 3 today ) liked very much to read.
