Trouble generating web service client

I just installed JAX-WS RI 2.1.6 in JDK 6. I have a password protected WSDL --
, but when I attempt to generate a WSDL client, I get an error ...
davea-mbp2:bin davea$ wsimport https://capone.criticalmass.com/EWS/Services.wsdl parsing WSDL... [ERROR] Server redirected too many times (20), "https://subdomain.mydomain.com/EWS/Services.wsdl" needs authorization, please provide authorization file with read access at /Users/davea/.metro/auth or use -Xauthfile to give the authorization file and on each line provide authorization information using this format : http[s]://user:password@host:port//<url-path>
I have created the file, /Users/davea/.metro/auth, which contains
so how am I supposed to form this file to make this work? - Dave
