Merging 2 Prometric IDs

Hi Guys,

Today I completed the long awaited IBM 000-834 (Object Oriented Analysis and Design - Part 2 (Design)) with 98% score. I had completed the 833 around 2 months back. However the catch here is

I took 833 while attending a conference organized by IBM and created a new Prometric ID there, this one starts with a prefix as "PR". it is like PR.
When I went to Prometric center today to appear for 834, this ID could not be located and the prometric test center manager advised me to take the exam with a new ID and get the 2 certifications merged later. I did the same. The new ID starts with a "Y" and has a format similar to this Y<3 numbers><1 letter><2 numbers><2 letters>.

However, I don't know how do I get these merged. Could anyone please suggest me how do I get the 2 IDs merged and claim the full certification status.

Did you contact Prometric? I thin the answer will have to come from them.

I have achieved this feat once. It wasn't easy.

Just mail them and be prepared for some bureaucracy.
