Just a short message to say I joined the Cattle Drive the other day. I've just sent in Java-1a (Hundred) for the second time and continue to work on further assignments when I have time to spare. (I should have plenty now, being retired but it doesn't seem to work like that!)
My reason for joining was that the book I'd bought to learn Java from (SAMS Java 6 in 21 Days) doesn't seem to fulfil it's promise of having readers' questions on the website , and I felt in need of feedback on quite a few things by the time I'd got to day 14...
I'm now looking forward to getting that feedback (well, I've already had some!) from the Drive and the Ranch in general as I start to find my way...
See you all around!

Funny thing about retirement. Everyone seems to be busier after they retire then they were before.
Welcome to the Cattle Drive, Dick.

Welcome along Dick.
Enjoy the ride, and don't hesitate to post all the questions you want. If you have time that is.

Welcome to the CattleDrive Dick. I joined back in August and have had loads of useful feedback.
It seems to be getting busier on the trail.
I wish that for just one time, you could stand inside my shoes.<br />You'd know what a drag it is to see you.
